You may order online or call Eat In Express at 724-553-5410 and one of our friendly customer service representatives will assist you.
You may pick up a Menu Guide from any restaurant that we deliver from. Or you can request we mail you one. We can fax you a menu and will be glad to give you a menu guide with your next order.
Why do you call to confirm an order placed online?
There are times when an item may need clarification, such as condiments, or the restaurant may not have the ordered item. To get gate codes, delivery address information, and to eliminate any possible fraud. We will call you within 15 minutes of you placing your internet order (or well before your advanced internet order) to confirm the items and details of your order. You may include a cell phone number for confirmation, but we will always require a land line phone number to the delivery location. If you pay by credit card there is a "Do not disturb" option.
How long does my delivery take?
Delivery normally takes between 45-60 minutes. Occasionally, an order may take longer for various reasons, such as larger orders, unusually busy restaurant, traffic conditions or road construction. Customers with large delivery orders or time constraints are encouraged to place their orders 24 hours or more in advance to ensure timely delivery. To ensure the safety of our mobile waiter and the general public, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Do you charge a delivery fee and why?
Some delivery services charge as much as 30% over the restaurant prices, plus a modest delivery fee to the customer. We only charge the prices given to us by the restaurant, plus a minimal delivery fee, no matter how many meals you order.
We can deliver your meals fast, hot and fresh because:
- We use state-of-the-art computer equipment and custom designed software. Our software keeps your information on file so you don't have to continue to repeat your name, address, phone number, location and directions every time you order. We can even duplicate any order you ever placed. Every order is electronically dispatched to the restaurant kitchen you select.
- Our mobile waiter carry thermal transporter bags, two way phones, and is trained to check each order. On every order is a set of directions to the delivery address, to ensure the driver gets there as quickly as possible.
- You receive a fully itemized receipt with every order.
Considering the costs for gasoline,
hiring a babysitter,
parking valet, the money spent on drinks and your time involved, we feel
a delivery fee of between $3 and $5 is an exceptional value.
The actual delivery fee is determined by your address.
Eat In Express requires a minimum that is determined by time and distance. When you place on order online, the minimum will show. If you call we will let you know what your minimum is. $10.00 is our lowest minimum.
What types of payment do you accepted?
We accept cash, checks from businesses and local residents and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you are paying by credit card, please have your card numbers ready for the operator. All credit cards MUST be physically present at the time of delivery. Upon prior approval, corporate accounts may be set up to be billed bi-monthly.
Can I order food delivery from multiple restaurants?
You can order food delivery from more than one restaurant, especially for large orders where you need multiple types of food, but we do require that you meet the minimum order and pay the normal delivery charge for each restaurant you order from.
What is the "Convenience Fee"?
The costs involved in non-cash transactions are higher than for cash transaction. If you choose to pay by credit card, check or a corporate charge account, a convenience fee is added to your order. Rather than charging everyone the higher price, only non-cash transactions reflect the convenience fee. The convenience fee is waived for those who pay with cash.
How much should I tip my "Mobile Waiter"?
Keep in mind we deliver from upscale restaurants, not pizza shops. We feel that your Mobile Waiter's go to as much effort as a food server in a restaurant, probably more! They go to extensive measures to ensure your meal is complete and correct; they check, pack, carry, drive, locate you and park with your meal as fast and as carefully as possible. They use their own vehicles, equipment and gasoline. Most customers tip at the same rate they would a server in a restaurant, from 15% to 20%. For larger orders, those guests staying in a hotel and our corporate customer's convenience, we include a suggested 15% gratuity. While the delivery charge goes to the company, your gratuity goes directly to your Mobile Waiter.
Every order is electronically transmitted to the restaurant therefore orders cannot be canceled. Online orders will be confirmed by phone before being placed.
Can I order from a restaurant in another zone?
Delivery areas are limited to ensure your meal is received in a timely manner and in the best condition: hot, fresh and delicious. Our goal is to make sure your order is in transit for no more than 16 minutes. Larger or catering orders placed in advance may be available for delivery outside the restaurants normal delivery zone. Please ask your representative for details.
