To Order Online:
Enter your zip code, then select your zone, or login if you have an account.
If delivery is to a hotel (Do not enter a zip code or zone, select - "Need delivery to a hotel in the area" then select the hotel from the list provided.
Our delivery area is divided into many different zones. If you are not sure which zone you are in, the best thing to do is call and ask our friendly Customer Service Specialists to assist you.
Select the type of order you want to place.
- Delivery Order - you are ordering from the restaurant menu delivering to a home or business.
- Catering Order - you are ordering from the catering menu delivering to a home or business.
- Hotel Delivery - you are ordering from the restaurant menu delivering to a hotel.
- Pick-Up Order - you will
pick up the order yourself.
Select the date and time you want the delivery..
- If you would like a deliver right away, select "As soon as possible"
- If this order is in
advance select "At a future scheduled date and/or
time"
Select the restaurant you would like to order from.
- Depending on your
delivery address, you may not be able
to order from certain restaurants. At most we deliver
between six and seven miles from the each restaurant, (i.e.)
if you
live in a zone north of Glen Eden Road you cannot order from a
restaurant south of Route 910. (We can make exception
depending on the time of delivery, distance and amount).
Select the menu items you would like to order.
- When you are finished with your order, select the "continue button". This
brings you to the "Eat In Express house menu". Here you can
select extra services offered like, gift certificates, a
stop at a convenience store for, sodas, milk, bread, snacks
or cigarettes. You may also add special
requests in the comments box. If you do not want any extra
service options, select
"continue".
Enter your delivery location information.
- If ordering from a hotel please include your name and room number only.
- If this order is being delivered to
a friend, client or to a different location, please enter the phone number,
and address
for that location. We
prefer to have a land line phone number to the delivery location.
Cell phones are risky due to limited reception, but can be
included as a back up contact phone.
Select the type of payment, then select the "Place Order" button.
- At this time you may
include a gratuity for your mobile waiter.
Enjoy your meal in the comfort of your home, office or hotel room
- Preparation time and traffic conditions vary, but
normally your order will arrive within 45 to 60
minutes of your call. Orders may be placed in advance. Your
Customer Service Representative will give you an estimated
delivery time. If you choose to pay by credit card, please have
your card ready so that you can give your representative the
card numbers, and keep it handy to show your waiter.
When the order is complete it is faxed to the restaurant with a follow up call confirming they received it. At this time they tell us how long the order will take to prepare. A professionally trained "mobile waiter" will arrive at the restaurant where they check your order, then head directly to the delivery address. Mistakes Happen! When a mobile waiter arrives with your order quickly check for missing items, before you sign the slip or pay the mobile waiter. If anything is missing you may request to have it delivered at no extra charge or request a credit for the missing item. (If you request a credit we will issue a free delivery on your next order)
All food prices are set by the restaurants. 99% of the time the menu items being delivered are the same. Even though we object, a restaurant may increase menu items to cover additional cost associated with deliveries (mentioned on the menu). Menu prices do not include sales tax. Remember! Menus items and food prices are subject to change without notice.
The restaurants are responsible for the quality of food and the quantity you receive (we do not open any containers). Because you are our customer, we will do our best to keep you coming back. If you are not satisfied… we encourage you to call the restaurant to report your dissatisfaction, but please contact Eat In Express immediately and we will see what can be done about it.
