Every day people ask about the
restaurants that do not participate in our service. It is the
decision of these restaurants to not offer delivery. We charge each
restaurant a small fee for giving them your business. This allows us
to keep our delivery fee to you low. Unfortunately, these
restaurants who decided to not participate believe the additional
income and the convenience we provide is not worth the fee we
charge. As a small business, we cannot convince these restaurant
owners that you are requesting their participation. As a consumer,
hearing you request your desire to have the convenience of delivery
from their restaurant will get their attention. The more you call,
(ask for the owner) the more likely the restaurant will join.
Calling the restaurant makes more of an impact than requesting the
service in person.

Placing PICK-UP orders through Eat In Express is a real convenience for anyone who may be driving by one of our participating restaurant or who just doesn't have time to wait for a delivery. There is NO FEE for this service, and you earn extra Club Dine points. Simply place orders for pick-up just like you would for delivery. Your order will be ready in 20 or 30 minutes. Tell the restaurant you are there to pick-up your to-go order placed by Eat In Express. (Notice: Make sure you check the order before you pay the restaurant for any mistakes. If there is, ask to see a copy of the Fax so you can determine who made the mistake.) You pay menu price plus sales tax, no other fees apply.
Restaurants And Zones
The distance
from each restaurant is limited to ensure your order is received in
a timely manner and in the best condition: hot, fresh and delicious.
Our goal is to make sure your order is in transit for no more than
16 minutes. This means if you live along Glen Eden Rd you cannot
order from a restaurant south of route 910. Or! If you near Seibert
rd you cannot order from a restaurant north or route 910.
