You are required to check your order carefully before the "delivery person leaves your premises". Simply check the order before you pay the driver. Once the driver leaves we are not responsible if anything is missing. In all other instances once a product is ordered it is considered sold and not returnable. We are not responsible or liable for deliveries where the customer is not available to receive the order. Eat In Express does not offer money back guarantee.
It is solely your responsibility to Your satisfaction is most important to us. However, we do realize that problems occur. We want to be sure all our customers are happy with our services. If you have a complaint about the service or anyone representing Eat In Express, we will make every effort to satisfy you. Please notify us about your complaint within 48 hours of placing your order. Any credits issued, will be placed on the Eat In Express account of the person who placed the order in which the complaint was filed.
Mistakes:
When a restaurant changes their menu, the number will change from what is printed in the book. To avoid ordering the wrong item make sure the person taking your order repeats not just the number, but the name of the item. If you are not sure what a item is or how it is made, please ask the person taking your order. If you think you received the wrong item or aren't sure first call the restaurant and ask them how that item is made, then call us if the item is wrong.
Show the driver or call us immediately if the order is wrong. Let us know what the problem is. We will either replace the mistake or issue a credit to your account. Please return all orders made wrong to the driver so we can show the restaurant a mistake was made. If you decide to keep the wrong order instead of waiting for another delivery, call us so we can ask the restaurant to issue a credit for a portion of the cost of the original order.
